OUR TEAM

Like many mom and pop restaurants, the team members of our 40-year-old restaurant are like our family. Many of our workers have been with us for decades. Sometimes they leave for better opportunities later on in their career, but they often bring their families to visit us and proudly tell their children they were once part of our team. Their families are our families. Our crewmembers attribute their great success later in their life to the discipline and support gained from working in our restaurant.
